Who We Are and What We Offer

GemsLaunch provides coaching, strategic consulting, systems and frameworks (including our proprietary Concept Conversion Method™), educational content, and related digital services for coaches and online business owners. We may add to, change, or discontinue parts of our Services at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our Services.

Accounts and Information

If you create an account or register for a program, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payment and Refunds

Prices and payment terms for paid Services are set out at checkout or in your separate program or service agreement. Payment is due on the schedule agreed. Late or failed payments may pause or end your access.

Because our Services include immediate access to coaching, materials, and intellectual property, fees are generally non-refundable once a program has started, except where required by law or stated otherwise in your program agreement. Where a specific guarantee is offered, its exact terms control.

We may change our prices at any time. Changes don’t affect Services you’ve already paid for.

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property rights
• Share, resell, or redistribute our paid content or materials without permission
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to access our systems without authorization, or disrupt the Site
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape or misuse the Services

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials we create — including our frameworks and methods (such as the Concept Conversion Method™), text, graphics, videos, templates, and the Site itself — belong to GemsLaunch and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided as part of a program for your own business only. You may not copy, resell, or publicly share them without our written permission.

Content you submit to us (for example, in calls, forms, or messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to deliver our Services. If you give us a testimonial or let us feature your results, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing unless you withdraw it in writing.

Results Disclaimer

GemsLaunch helps you build positioning and systems, but we don’t guarantee specific results. Any figures, case studies, or testimonials we share — including our founder’s own results and figures such as “$150K” or “$8.5M+ generated across clients” — describe specific experiences and are not promises or guarantees of your results. Your outcomes depend on factors we don’t control, including your effort, offer, market, audience, and execution. You are responsible for your own business decisions and results. Nothing we provide is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Site and Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemsLaunch won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services won’t exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GemsLaunch and its team from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Ending access doesn’t cancel payment obligations already incurred. Sections that should reasonably survive termination — including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property matters.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept them.
